ClinTrial Audit Ltd. was founded in 2005 as a clinical pharmacological trial contractor and quality assurance provider. In addition to the original profile, the company today is in steady co-operative partnership with, and operating from premises rented out by, Kenézy Hospital Ltd. As from the year 2007, the firm's primary operational portfolio under a co-operative contract includes inpatient on call staffing and the provision of outpatient services in allergology, infectology, and dermatology, accessible to health insurance covered patients at no cost.

Added to these facilities from 2008 on were a private dental clinic and a dermato-cosmetological phototherapy parlour, currently available at charge. Newly on the list of paid services offered is regular lesion care for chronic wound patients on a house call basis.
